Data we collect

• Contact form. When you submit an enquiry, we collect your first and last name, business email address, and any message you send us. Phone number, company name, and a file attachment are optional. This form is processed by our third-party form provider, Web3Forms, and delivered to our inbox.
• Booking a call. When you book a call with us, scheduling is handled by Calendly, a third-party service. Calendly collects your name, email address, and the details needed to schedule the call, under its own privacy policy.
• Analytics.We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website — pages viewed, general location, device and browser type, and referring site. Google Analytics only runs if you accept it in the cookie banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, which will show the banner again.

Why we use your data

We use the personal data described above to:

• Schedule and hold calls you book with us
• Understand how our website is used, so we can improve it
• Meet our legal and accounting obligations

Our legal basis for the contact form and call bookings is your consent, given when you submit the form or book a call, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Our legal basis for analytics is your consent to non-essential cookies.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with the third-party service providers who help us run this website and respond to you: Web3Forms (contact form delivery), Calendly (call scheduling), and Google Analytics (website analytics). Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, they provide their own safeguards for that transfer under their respective privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and call-booking data for as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business records, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we're required to keep it longer by law (for example, accounting records). Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' own retention settings.
