Local restaurants often rely on big delivery platforms that take high commissions and control the customer relationship. Late deliveries, scattered order management and poor communication between kitchen and driver hurt both customer satisfaction and profits.
The client wanted its own delivery ecosystem that gives restaurants control, makes ordering easy for customers and keeps drivers efficient.

No control over the customer. Restaurants couldn’t run their own offers or build loyalty.
Disconnected orders. Kitchens, drivers and customers weren’t working from the same information.

We built three connected apps that work as one system.
Customer app. Customers browse nearby restaurants, explore menus and ratings, customise meals and check out in a few taps.
Restaurant app. Restaurant teams receive orders instantly, manage menus and options, and update order status as food is prepared.
Driver app. Drivers see delivery requests, pickup locations, trip distance and expected earnings, and manage pickups and drop-offs.
Live order tracking across all three apps. Every order moves from kitchen to pickup to doorstep, with the same status visible to the customer, restaurant and driver.
Payments and order management. Secure checkout connects straight to restaurant processing and delivery.
Promotions and loyalty. Restaurants run their own discounts to attract new customers and bring regulars back.
One codebase for iOS and Android. All three apps are built with Flutter, sharing a consistent design and a common backend.

This food delivery platform connects customers, restaurants and drivers through three integrated mobile apps for iOS and Android. Time2Launch led the technical approach and delivered the full platform in five months with a team of six: two mobile developers, two backend engineers, a UI/UX designer and a QA engineer.
The apps are built with Flutter, with Firebase for real-time order sync and Node.js for backend services. The platform includes payment integration, push notifications, GPS-based delivery coordination, menu management and promotional tools.
