Online shops and local retailers depend on fast, reliable delivery. In reality, drivers juggled several tools, order details were scattered, and the team rarely knew where each delivery stood. The result was delays, missed orders and little visibility into driver performance.
Scattered information. Order details and customer contacts lived in different systems.
Finding the address. Drivers wasted time locating destinations.
No live status. The team couldn’t see which orders were shipped or delivered.
Hard to measure. Managers had no clear view of driver performance.
Built a clear delivery dashboard. Drivers see pending and completed deliveries at a glance and plan their day around them.
Put every order detail in one place. Items, order value, delivery address and customer contacts are all in the order card, with no need to switch apps.
Added GPS navigation. Drivers open the route to each destination straight from the order.
Made status updates instant. Drivers mark orders as shipped or delivered in one tap, and the whole team sees the update in real time.
Built one app for iOS and Android. A shared Flutter codebase keeps the app consistent, responsive and easy to maintain.
Led the technical approach. Our team designed the delivery workflows and connected the mobile app with the backend.

In the first six months, the business delivered more orders, faster, with the same drivers.

This delivery management app helps e-commerce businesses and local retailers coordinate deliveries, manage orders and track progress in real time. Time2Launch led the technical approach and built the iOS and Android app with a team of four: a mobile developer, a backend developer, a UI/UX designer and a QA engineer.
The app is built with Flutter and uses Firebase for real-time delivery status sync. Key features include a delivery dashboard, centralised order and customer information, GPS navigation to destinations and one-tap status updates.
The project reflects our experience in Flutter app development for logistics and operations. Building a delivery, logistics or field-service app? See our cross-platform app development and digital transformation services.
